PureSender Antispam Policy

Legal Requirements

PureSender requires all Customers to comply with the following legal requirements established for commercial email service providers: CAN SPAM Act of 2003, the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 8 June 2000, on legal aspects of information society services, in particular, electronic commerce in the Internal Market ('Directive on Electronic Commerce'), along with the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 July 2002, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector ('Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications') and laws in force of Customer's country of residence.

Abusive Usage description

  • You do not have explicit, provable permission to contact in relation to the topic of the email you're sending.
  • You bought, loaned, rented or in any way acquired from a third party, no matter what they claim about quality or permission. Permission is not transferable.
  • Send email to people you haven't contacted via email in the last 1 years.
  • Send to email scraped or copy and pasted from the web.

Mandatory content

Every email you send using PureSender must include the following:

  1. A single-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your list.
  2. The name and physical address of the sender.

PureSender's Zero Tolerance Policy

If an PureSender account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.

Notify us

If you believe you have been spammed, please notify abuse@puresender.com. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender. Please note that we will not respond to your email unless you request otherwise
